There's a difference between trying AI for marketing and having an AI marketing system. Most executives who got burned by ChatGPT were doing the first thing. The disappointment is predictable. You paste in a prompt, get back something that sounds like a press release written by a committee, and quietly conclude that AI content isn't ready. That conclusion is reasonable given what you tested. It's just not complete. ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool. It doesn't know your voice, your business context, or your audience. You have to bring all of that to it, every single time. The output reflects how much you put in, which is why it rarely sounds like you. Agent Craft is built differently. The input is your voice, captured in a short recording. The output is drafted, formatted, and distributed across your channels without you rebuilding context from scratch on each session. The system holds what ChatGPT makes you carry manually. If you tried AI for content and walked away disappointed, that's worth revisiting. Not because the tools got better marketing copy, but because the architecture changed.
