Here's a genuine debate worth having: does an AI agent that joins your Slack, introduces itself, and asks for voice notes actually feel like a useful colleague, or does it feel like one more thing demanding your attention? The case for it working is real. Someone records a 90-second voice note, Craft processes it, and that thought ships to up to 14 channels the same day. The case against is just as real. If nobody's been assigned to review the output, posts stack up and nothing goes live anyway. So the friction isn't really the AI. It's the approval process that existed before the AI arrived. Which camp are you in? Does the "agent as colleague" model actually change how your team thinks about content, or does it just move the bottleneck rather than remove it?
