There's a belief baked into most exec teams that getting leadership voices into content means adding something new to an already impossible schedule. A briefing session. A writing review. A content calendar meeting where someone senior has to show up and explain their point of view so a junior person can translate it. That's the assumption. Here's why it's wrong.
