Consistency beats cleverness in content marketing. Every time. Not opinion. Math. The algorithm doesn't reward your best post. It rewards the account that shows up often enough for the algorithm to understand what it's about, who it's for, and whether it's worth amplifying. That trust takes volume. You can't shortcut it with one great piece a month. Here's the problem most SMB owners run into. Producing content consistently requires either a dedicated person, an agency retainer, or an uncomfortable amount of your own time. None of those are free, and none of them scale easily when you're running the actual business. So the content calendar gets paused. Then abandoned. Then restarted after a slow quarter. The algorithm resets, reach drops, and the cycle repeats. The fix isn't a better strategy doc. It's removing the production bottleneck entirely. If you can talk for 90 seconds about what you know, what your customers ask, what misconceptions are costing you sales, you have raw material. The question is whether your system can turn that into published content across every channel without requiring you to sit down and write, edit, schedule, and format it. That's the only process worth caring about right now. Not the creative. Not the calendar. The gap between what you know and what gets published. What's actually stopping your content from going out this week?
