The personal branding industry has four tiers, and every one of them is broken. Four categories. Category 1 is done-for-you. Consultants and agencies with retainers approaching $10k per person. They strategize, write your content, and in some cases impersonate you on LinkedIn or X to book meetings on your calendar. It's a small slice of the world, maybe $500 million globally. Category 2 is the ghostwriters on Upwork and Fiverr. $1,500 to $3,000 a month. They write your posts and hit publish. They are struggling to find new clients because of category #3. Category 3 is the DIY crowd using ChatGPT and Claude to do it themselves. They're producing AI slop everyone is pushing back against, and they're everywhere, failing hard. Category 4 is the biggest group of all. People who'd love a personal brand but have no time to post consistently and aren't touching AI either. They're not in the market at all. Just potential entrants standing on the sidelines. Now look at the whole picture. Nobody wants to hand over a small fortune every month. Nobody likes the slop. The ghostwriters are watching their customers disappear into Claude and ChatGPT. And the largest segment, the people who could genuinely move their business forward by growing a brand, aren't participating. Every tier has a problem. Every tier. An industry where every tier is broken is an industry full of opportunity and ripe for disruption. The status quo cannot hold for long. Which category are you sitting in right now, and is it working for you? Building: AgentCraft (dot) ai Grow your personal brand in minutes per day with voice notes
