Less than 3% of the global AI workforce comes from Africa. Yet $1.2 trillion in AI value is projected for Africa by 2035. The 3% isn't just a gap. It's room to grow into. — James, co-founder @ Agent Craft Powered by Agent Craft 🎙️→📱

- LinkedInEveryone remembers Icarus. Nobody talks about Daedalus. The point of that story isn't the sun. It's that the person who built the wings also begged him not to fly too high. Daedalus was the creator and the warning, both at once. And the flying felt too good to listen. Jacob Coxon left Anthropic and said AI has the ability to kill all of us. That's the part I can't stop turning over. Here's where I land. The people building this stuff are the ones warning us loudest, and that should carry more weight than it does. Engineers. Researchers. Alignment leads. From OpenAI and Anthropic both, all singing the same song. Even Elon Musk puts the odds of AI killing all of humanity at around 10%. When the people closest to the technology are the loudest voices saying slow down, that is worth pausing on. When the builders want to pump the brakes and the people in charge want to go faster, you're supposed to listen to the builders. But the US president was asked directly whether he was concerned about AI causing human extinction. His answer was no. His concern is beating China. So the people inside the labs are scared and saying so out loud. The one person who could actually do something about it has decided winning the race matters more than what happens if we get it wrong. We built the wings. We know they might melt. We're still climbing. So I'll ask it plainly: if the people building the most powerful technology in human history are telling you it could kill us all, and the people in charge are saying full speed ahead anyway, who do you trust? And what does your answer say about where this ends?

- ThreadsBe swarming used to be a trick on LinkedIn. CEO posts, drops a Slack link, and the whole team jumps in to fake early momentum. It worked for a while. Then platforms got wise, they track where engagement comes from and flag those surges. The tactic is finished. There are still ways to drive a hundred times the traction. - LinkedInIs it realistic to increase your business social media engagement by 100X? Sounds like fantasy doesn’t it? If you could do it, what would that do for your business? All that awareness, comments, interest and leads for your sales team. Could be transformative. I have lived this problem. For years I looked at the social accounts of competitors and wondered how they got all those followers, and engagement. I would challenge my marketing team, hire agencies, allocate budget, but nothing seemed to work. My IG account would sit stubbornly at around 8,000 followers. Tiktok posts would get hardly any comments or shares. Did anyone even care? It was disheartening. When I set about building Agent Craft I knew there had to be a better way and I was determined to find it. Turns out the solution is remarkably simple, and not expensive at all. Quite within the reach of any business and team with a little smarts and the ability to try a different approach. The solution to 100X engagement is a combination of: Getting your team to post in their own voices Simple, authentic messaging (no high production) A system that minimizes the time commitment and friction with the smart use of A.I (no slop here) Proof it works? Look at the attached image which are the real stats of our small team of 3 people, over the past 30 days. How does this compare to your social media?
