A full week of content from 15 minutes of talking. That's the whole method, and the number is the point. Fifteen to twenty minutes of talking, once a week. Not the afternoon most people expect to lose to a blank draft. For executives, the math is the point. The barrier to consistent content was never a shortage of ideas. It was the friction of getting those ideas out of your head and onto the platform, week after week, when your calendar is already full. Shrink that friction to 15-20 minutes and the whole thing becomes maintainable. Here's the comparison that convinced me. A couple of hours of writing content for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, reduced to 15-20 minutes of voice notes per week. Same full week of content, polished and ready to ship. Talking is faster than writing. You don't edit yourself mid-sentence. You just explain the thing the way you'd explain it to a colleague across the desk, and that's usually the honest version anyway. The tight recording window works in your favour. You don't have time to polish a real thought into "I'm thrilled to announce" or "I want to welcome Sarah to the team." That sanitised style is exactly what's crowding LinkedIn right now, and it's why so much of the feed reads like nobody's actually working through a hard problem. Try the constraint for one week. If you can't find 15 minutes to talk about your own work, that's worth knowing too.
