One question we get asked quite a lot is how to get team members posting when you run team-generated content. The answer is that it does not need to be their personal accounts at all. What matters is that the accounts carry their name and their face. Create brand new accounts on every platform for each team member. You do not even need to hand over the logins. You can keep full control if that suits you. Make them corporate accounts with the team member's identity on them. Then treat content creation as part of the job. Their part takes only a couple of minutes a day. Most people are happy to help once the effort stays that light. The reach compounds fast. Multiply the number of channels by the number of team members and the growth adds up quickly. Team members can keep their own personal accounts completely separate. The company accounts stay focused on work and stay under company control. People follow people, not companies. They would rather hear what your VP of sales actually thinks than read the same message posted behind a logo with no face attached. That is why the approach works.
