Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: September 18, 2026

1. Our commitment

Agent Craft is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA.

2. Conformance status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. We have listed what we know about below rather than describe the site as compliant.

Scope of this statement. This statement covers the public Agent Craft website at agentcraft.ai. The signed-in Agent Craft application and our mobile apps have not yet been formally assessed against WCAG 2.1 AA, so this statement makes no claim about them. We will extend this statement when that assessment is done.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following barriers. If you hit something that is not on this list, please tell us using the details in section 5 so we can add it and fix it.

  • Text contrast on some marketing pages. Some secondary text, captions, and button labels fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG 2.1 AA requires for normal-size text. This affects readability for people with low vision. We know about it and it is tracked; it is not yet scheduled.
  • The signed-in application and our mobile apps are unassessed. We have not audited the product behind login, or our iOS and Android apps, against WCAG 2.1 AA, so there may be barriers there we have not yet identified.
  • Auto-advancing carousels have no pause button. Two pages carry a carousel that advances on its own. It stops when you hover over it or move keyboard focus into it, and it does not start at all if your device asks for reduced motion — but there is no explicit pause control, which WCAG 2.2.2 asks for.
  • Some pages outside the main marketing site have had less attention. Our sign-up, sign-in and app-download pages do not yet carry the skip link that the marketing pages have, and have not been assessed to the same level.
  • Third-party and customer-published content. Content published through Agent Craft by our customers, and content embedded from third parties such as video players, is outside our direct control and may not meet the standard.

4. What we have done

On our marketing pages — the home page, this page, the blog, the free tools, the playbooks, and our contact, privacy, terms and account-deletion pages:

  • A skip link that jumps straight to the main content.
  • Text alternatives on images that carry information, and images that are purely decorative marked so screen readers skip them rather than announce a filename.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Motion that respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and carousels that stop while you are hovering or tabbing through them. (See the limitation above about the missing pause control.)
  • Semantic headings and landmark regions so assistive technology can navigate the page structure.

5. Feedback and reporting a barrier

We want to hear about it. If you cannot access part of this site, or you use assistive technology and hit a barrier, contact us and tell us the page and what happened.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in your reply and it will be escalated internally.

6. How this statement is maintained

This statement was prepared on September 18, 2026 following an automated diagnostic scan of our public site, reviewed against our own source code. It is reviewed at least quarterly, and whenever we make a significant change to the public site. Automated testing does not catch everything, so it is a starting point rather than a certification.
