Delete your account

Pick the route that matches how you use Agent Craft.

In the mobile app

This works for everyone, whatever your role or plan.

1. Open Agent Craft and tap your profile picture in the top bar to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Type delete my account to confirm.

On the web

If you have already cancelled your subscription, sign in and open Settings, then Billing. Under Your Data you can Download My Data for a copy, then Delete My Data Now.

If you do not see a "Your Data" section, that option is not available on your plan yet. Use the mobile app, or email us using the next section, and we will do it for you.

By email, if neither of those works

Email privacy@agentcraft.ai from the address on the account and we will handle it for you. This is also the route to use if you cannot sign in. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

What happens depends on your role

Agent Craft workspaces are shared by a team, so deleting your account means two different things depending on whether you administer the workspace.

If you are a team admin

• The whole team workspace is deleted, for every member of it, along with the content, campaigns and brand settings it holds.
• Connected social accounts are disconnected and the access tokens we hold for them are deleted.
• Your membership and profile are removed. If this was your only Agent Craft team, your login is deleted too; if you belong to another team, your login stays so you can still reach it.

If you are a contributor

• Your membership of the team is removed, and the team continues without you.
• Posts and drafts you wrote stay with the team, with your name detached from them.
• Your own recordings, the personal library of your writing that Agent Craft learned your voice from, and your queue of upcoming prompts are deleted.
• Your subscriber list belongs to the team and stays with it. You can download a copy first from My Page, under Your subscribers.
• As above, your login is deleted only if this was your only Agent Craft team.

How long it takes, and what happens if you do nothing

A deletion you ask for starts straight away. It is not held for a review period, and it cannot be undone once it has run.

You do not have to ask. If you simply stop using Agent Craft, we delete the workspace and everything in it for you:

What we cannot remove

• Posts already published. Anything Agent Craft published to a social platform stays on that platform. Delete those posts there.
• Billing records. Invoices and payment records are held by our payment provider and kept where law requires it.
