Nobody is asking who's watching the agents they're racing to ship. The Register just called agentic security "the billion-dollar challenge." Investors are circling. Startups are pitching. And the problem they're all trying to solve? Agents going rogue. Acting overnight. With nobody able to explain what they did or why. Most businesses right now are in exactly that position. They've plugged in the agent. They haven't built the guardrails. And when something goes wrong, they won't have the audit trail to understand it, let alone fix it. I've been there. Shipping fast features, figuring out the governance later. I've learned from it. Speed without visibility isn't a competitive advantage. It's a liability waiting to surface. The companies that win the next three years won't be the ones who deployed agents the quickest. They'll be the ones who deployed agents they could actually trust, and prove it. Right now, most of the market is wide open.
