Cadence

Thirteen weeks, with the bucket already decided

Thirty-nine posts at the floor, laid out week by week so you never have to decide what to publish. Fillable. The hardest thing about this plan is printed on its second page rather than buried in it.

13 weeks · 39 to 52 posts · fillable · free

How many hours a week do you actually have?

Not how many you would like to have. This page would rather tell you now that the quarter does not fit than have you abandon it in week five, so the verdict below is blunt on purpose.

3posts a week
39across the quarter

The quarter fits

45 min per post, plus 45 min a week for replies and planning. Capped at 4 a week, because the plan tops out at 52 and a calculator that promises more than the asset delivers is a defect.

The mix, and its actual arithmetic

Conversion ramps in. It does not start on week one.

No conversion content before week seven, because you have not earned the right to ask, then one a week to the end. Seven across the quarter. Here is what that actually adds up to against the target, printed rather than rounded away.

Conversion717.9%20%-2.1
Personal410.3%10%+0.3

Conversion lands two points under target and that is the honest consequence of not asking before week seven. We would rather be two points light than have you publish an offer to an audience that has met you three times.

Ten pages, thirteen weeks, seventy-five fields

  • Every one of the thirteen weeks with its post mix already decided
  • Week three named and armed in advance, which is the only intervention that reliably works on it

  • The bucket arithmetic in full, including where it lands under target and why

Where should we send it?

Thirteen weeks, thirty-nine posts at the floor, laid out week by week with the bucket already decided so you never have to.

One email with the download, and whatever you choose to receive after that. No sequence starts without you opting into it.

The fillable fields want a desktop PDF reader. Mobile browser viewers will display the form but generally will not save what you type.

Agent Craft

The quarter still has to be walked. It carries itself.

The plan works by hand and the calculator above told you honestly whether it fits. What Agent Craft removes is the part the calculator prices: the hours, not the judgment. You record a two-minute voice note a week and the quarter fills itself in, in your voice, across LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.

Before you ask

Reasonable questions

Why thirty-nine posts and not fifty?

Thirty-nine is the floor, at three a week for thirteen weeks. Fifty-two is four a week. The plan works at the floor, which is the number that matters, because a plan that only works at its ceiling is not a plan.

Why is there no conversion content until week seven?

Because you have not earned the right to ask. A conversion post in week two reads as desperate to an audience that has seen you three times, and it costs more than the business it brings. It ramps in from week seven and there are seven of them in the quarter.

What if the calculator says I am below the floor?

Run a longer quarter rather than a thinner one. Twenty-six posts across thirteen weeks does not produce the signal the plan is built to produce, but twenty-six posts across twenty weeks does. Stretching is fine. Thinning is not.

Is the PDF fillable?

Yes, seventy-five fields, so the whole quarter can be planned inside it. Use a desktop PDF reader for that: most mobile browser viewers will display the form but will not reliably save what you type into it.
