- LinkedInPeople are six times more likely to follow a person than a company page. Sit with that for a second. Your buyers don't want to follow your logo. They want to follow the human who runs the place. The one with actual opinions about where the industry is going. Here's where the personal branding industry gets it wrong. They treat a founder's LinkedIn as a performance. Polish the profile, buy the followers, post the motivational quote. Generic content dressed up as a person. The real material was inside the company the whole time. The founder's take on a deal that went sideways. What a manufacturer told your ops lead last week. A customer's offhand comment that reframed how you price. People follow that. And trust travels through a person before it ever reaches a company account, which is what actually earns you the sale. So here's the question that matters. Whether your best thinking ever makes it out of the building. Because it already happens out loud. In the room, with a customer or a supplier or your own team. Most execs don't lose that thinking because they doubt it's worth sharing. They lose it because they can't find 90 minutes to write a single post, and the idea evaporated somewhere between the two meetings where it showed up. A voice note doesn't have that problem. Say the thing once, out loud, and it's captured before it's gone.
- BlueskyGhostwriting for personal brands is overrated. Nobody wants to pay $3k–$10k a month, and Claude and ChatGPT already do the core job for free. Every tier of that industry has a problem. The people who'd benefit most aren't even in the room. The whole structure is unstable.
- LinkedInI am experimenting with a new feature for Agent Craft. It’s really simple: I think that comments, likes and shares are antiquated. I think we could create a much more useful feedback mechanism for everyone using simple voice notes (just like Agent Craft helps create content). If you have been reading my content and have some feedback for me, record your thoughts here. mark.agentcraft.me/feedback I will report back soon on the results and show a video of the full feature on my end so you can see how it all works.
- InstagramTwo camps have formed around AI content, and most people have already picked a side. One says the tools strip out personality. Flat, generic, obviously machine-made. The other says the tech caught up and the old complaints don't hold anymore. The prevailing assumption in the market is still that AI content feels hollow. That's the majority view. Here's where the two camps actually agree, even if they'd never admit it: nobody wants to talk to a machine. The disagreement is only about whether AI can preserve a real human origin or whether it flattens everything into sameness. The way Agent Craft sees it, AI is genuinely good at the grunt work. The tedious parts. The drafting, the reformatting, the posting cadence nobody enjoys. What it can't manufacture is the human layer that makes a piece land with the person reading it. That connection has to start with a real person. So the question isn't whether AI writes decent sentences. It clearly can. The question is where the human belongs in the process. Some teams put a person at the very start and let the tool build from there. Others let the tool run and drop a human in at review. Which camp are you in? Do you think AI content still reads flat, or have the tools closed the gap on personality?
